Either on-site or in-studio, here's how I help bring a custom touch to your experience.
01.02.03.04.-
Reach out and tell me about your event or project — email, phone, or video chat, whatever's easiest for you. I'll ask a few questions to get the full picture: hours needed on-site, product details, vision board, timeline. Got samples of what you're picturing? Send them my way.
-
Once I have all the details, you'll have a custom quote within 24 to 48 hours — a full breakdown of what I offer, what I'll bring on-site, and how it all works.
-
Ready to move forward? I'll send over a contract, and a deposit secures your date or project on my calendar.
-
If we're personalizing a specific product, I may ask for a sample first to make sure it works exactly as it should — I'll send photos for your approval before we move forward. For events, we'll also nail down dress code, workflow, and timing.
-
For events: I arrive on-site (usually at least 30 minutes before start time — set-up takes about 5–10 minutes). Need me earlier? Just ask; early set-up fees may apply.
For projects: We lock in a drop-off/shipping window and a due date. Once your piece is complete, I'll send a photo and we'll arrange pick-up or delivery.
Final payment is due before your event or pick-up date, unless we've agreed on other terms.
